Robotics Operator

Wat ga je doen?

We're seeking a technically skilled operator with expertise in computers and robotics. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced robotic machinery that elevates this company's production to a new level. Do you have technical insight and a passion for robotics? Then we'd like to talk to you.

The company recently invested in an automated installation for manufacturing floor grates, and they are looking for a smart operator who can operate this machine and isn't afraid to make corrections. Currently, this is the only machine of its kind, but they expect to acquire more similar equipment soon.

As an Operator, you will operate this machine line and run the programs created by the production planning team. You ensure these machines run smoothly. You handle materials to and from the machine, and you check the quality and quantity of the materials. The programs may not always work perfectly, and that's where you come in as an operator. On the production floor, you identify discrepancies and correct them yourself. Then you adjust the machines (digitally) to ensure the processes are carried out on the product. It's a complex machine, so you need to be confident in your abilities. This position is distinct from a production worker or production operator role.

Your responsibilities:

  • Operating robotic machines according to prescribed procedures and guidelines;
  • Checking settings and making adjustments as needed;
  • Resolving minor technical issues and malfunctions with the machines;
  • Performing regular and preventive maintenance;
  • Participating in training programs to expand your knowledge of the robotic machines.

Training is provided for this role, as our machines are complex and advanced. This offers a long-term growth path within our company. If you're interested in working with the latest technology, we look forward to receiving your application!
