Wat ga je doen?


As a production worker at this specialized company located near Roermond, you play a crucial role in the production process of plastic conveyor belts. You work with precision and care, performing various tasks to ensure that the conveyor belts are of high quality and meet customer requirements.

One of your responsibilities may be to attach steering cords to the conveyor belts. Precision is essential here; you set the machine accurately so that the steering cord is heat-sealed in the correct position. This ensures that the conveyor belt functions correctly when used by the customer.

Additionally, you may also be tasked with cutting rolls to size for the conveyor belts. You enter the required data into the system, retrieve the rolls using a forklift, and accurately set the cutting machine based on a drawing. Subsequently, you ensure that the ends of the rolls are connected to create a complete conveyor belt.

Waar ga je werken?


The company has been active in the conveyor belt industry for over 30 years and is known for its expertise in the food industry and logistics. You will work in a small team of approximately 13 people, where an informal and friendly atmosphere prevails. The company is easily accessible from various locations as Sittard-Geleen, Weert, Brunssum and Echt-Susteren and a lot of parking facilities are available.

Wie ben je?

For this position as a production worker, we are looking for someone who identifies with the following points:

  • You have technical affinity, which can be due to work experience or hobbies;
  • Working accurately and meticulously is no problem for you;
  • Do you have a forklift certificate? This is a plus! It can still be obtained;
  • Additionally, it is no problem for you to work alone or together; both can occur in this role. It is important that you speak Dutch, English, or German.

Wat mag je verwachten?

Furthermore, you can expect the following from this job:

  • A gross hourly salary between €13.29 and €15, negotiable based on knowledge and experience;
  • A full-time position for 40 hours per week. Are you available less? Make this negotiable;
  • Working from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00, with evenings and weekends always free!;
  • A net travel allowance from 15 kilometers, you will receive €0.19 per kilometer;
  • You start with a temporary contract through Olympia, which can lead to a permanent position upon proven suitability. A direct contract with the client is also possible.There are ample opportunities for growth within this organization if you are interested. As your knowledge progresses, you can also be deployed to install or repair the product at customer sites.
