Wat ga je doen?


Are you looking for a dynamic work environment where no day is the same? And do you prefer not to work full-time but rather be able to combine your work with other activities? Then we are looking for you!

For our client DHL, we are looking for employees who are available from 03:30 to 07:30 to fully handle the night shift. This involves a night shift that runs from Tuesday to Saturday. You will be responsible for the sorting process, carefully sorting and scanning all packages so that they are delivered to the recipient on time. It is important that you are a real go-getter who can work well in a team and is helpful.

Waar ga je werken?


The DHL Parcel warehouse is located on Rutherfordweg in Utrecht. It is close to The Wall, behind the highway. This makes the location easily accessible from, for example, Utrecht, Amsterdam, Amersfoort, De Bilt, Hilversum, Huizen, and Zeist. The location has a canteen with free coffee and tea. If you fancy a snack or something refreshing, you can use the vending machines for a fee.

Are you coming by car? Then you can use the parking lot where you can park your car for free. There is also a covered spot available for your bike or scooter.

Please note that due to the working hours, traveling by public transport is not an option. It doesn't matter where you live. Therefore, it is important that you have your own transportation.

Wie ben je?

  • You are available to work a minimum of 2 nights and evenings per week; 
  • You have your own transportation; 
  • Proficiency in Dutch or English is a requirement for safety reasons; 
  • You are able to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG). 
  • This will be fully reimbursed by Olympia.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Starting salary from €13.27 gross per hour excluding allowances; 
  • Shift allowance of 12.5% between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM; 
  • Shift allowance of 25% between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM; 
  • Shift allowance of 30% between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM on weekdays; 
  • On Saturdays, a shift allowance of 50% applies; 
  • You will receive 8% holiday pay based on the hours you have worked; 
  • You will receive 10% holiday hours based on the hours you have worked; 
  • Opportunities for growth! Within DHL, there are various possibilities such as Team Leader or Flex Coordinator; 
  • You can work here temporarily, but also for a longer period. We are happy to adapt to your wishes; 
  • Do you live further than 6 kilometers from the location? Then you will receive travel allowance. You will receive a temporary contract via Olympia with the prospect of a permanent position;
