Wat ga je doen?


Are you the new Stock Administration Officer for our new to be implemented client at DHL Beringe? Which customer this will be we will keep a secret for now... Will you join? 

The DHL High Tech campus in Beringe consists of 5 locations with a total area of approximately 145,000 m2.  Together with your closest colleague, you will manage the stocks. From the office, you will inventory the physical stock, stock data, and reconcile any differences between the two. Additionally, you will analyze the figures and propose any improvement suggestions. You will process the data into reports and communicate them with the client, ensuring that both we and our clients always have insight into the stock. You will report to the Supervisor Stock Controller.

Your working day will be between 06:00 and 22:00 o'clock, since it is a big operation the process will be running in 2 shifts. Your job will excist of 3 topics. Manage the stock, gather stockdetails and adjust them and handling complaints. 
Together with your manager you will make the daily and yearly Cycle Counts en physical checks and guide the performance of these counts in the warehouse. This will be done via lists in the system ordered on article number, location and amount. You proces the results, signal differences and solve them. On top, you come with structural solutions to prefend differences. This is a small part of your activities, we would like to give you some more details if you are interested.

Beringe is located in the municipality of Peel en Maas this village is easily accessible by private transport via the larger cities of Weert, Venray, Helmond, Roermond and Venlo. Via public transport, this location is unfortunately less accessible, hence owning your own transport is important. Like mentioned, you will start on the new customer, which we will keep a secret for now.. The team will be with new employees and employees from other accounts, to provide the customer with the best of both. Fresh eyes and knowledge of DHL. 

Wie ben je?

  • You have good command of both Dutch and English languages;
  • You have an analytical mindset and ability to maintain overview;
  • You are experienced in SAP;
  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerBI Tools;
  • You are in the possession of own transport.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • A full time working week with days between 06:00 and 22:00 o'clock;
  • A monthly salary in scale 5 between €2.300,- and €3.450,-, depending on your education and experience;
  • You will receive an allowance of 130% when working overtime;
  • If you work after 6 p.m. in the evening, you will receive an allowance of 130% over these hours;
  • For every hour you work you will build 10% vacation hours;
  • You also accrue 8.33% vacation pay over the hours worked;
  • You will receive travel expenses of up to €9.30 per day at 20 km or more;
  • If you have a good annual review, you will receive a salary increase between 0-3.5%;
  • You will start working on a contract through Olympia, but with continued good performance there is a chance of being taken over by DHL or receive a permanent contract by Olympia.
