Wat ga je doen?

A reputable aircraft maintenance partner is seeking a full-time Purchasing Officer for our client's Logistics department based at Maastricht Airport. 

The role involves:

  • Efficiently sourcing and ordering aircraft components.
  • Providing essential support for maintenance projects.
  • Offering administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Process requisitions into purchase orders, repair orders, sales orders, etc.
  • Arrange and follow up on shipments, including AOG transport.
  • Generate reports for internal and external clients.
  • Track high-value components during maintenance projects.
  • Provide administrative support to the Logistics team.
  • Assist the Sales Manager in preparing quotes.

With a rich history dating back to 1988, they specialize in maintaining a complete range of regional jet and turboprop aircraft. With over 300 dedicated professionals, the company operates from its base maintenance facilities at Maastricht Airport and various line stations globally.

Wie ben je?

  • MBO degree or equivalent (Aviation Management is advantageous). 
  • Availability for 40 hours per week. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases. 
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
