Work Schedule:

This position is for full-time employment, operating Monday through Friday with a two-shift rotation on a weekly basis.

Shift Details:

Week 1: 06:00 AM to 03:00 PM 

Week 2: 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight) 

Weekend Commitment: Required twice a month, with availability on either Saturday or Sunday. 

Hourly Wage: €13.47 Gross (for individuals aged 21 and above), excluding Evening and Weekend Shift Allowances.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Repackaging Products: Repack employees are tasked with unpacking goods from their original packaging and then repackaging them according to specific requirements. This may involve labeling, sorting, and assembling products into new packaging formats.

2. Quality Control: Ensuring that all repackaged products meet quality standards by conducting thorough inspections for damages, defects, or any other issues. 

3. Inventory Management: Keeping track of repackaged products and maintaining accurate inventory records. This involves recording incoming and outgoing items, updating inventory systems, and conducting regular stock counts.

4. Efficiency Optimization: Finding ways to streamline the repackaging process to improve efficiency and productivity. This may involve optimizing workflows, organizing workstations, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

5. Collaboration: Working closely with other team members, such as warehouse staff and supervisors, to coordinate repackaging activities and ensure smooth operations. Effective communication and teamwork are essential for meeting production targets and deadlines.

6. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. This includes handling products with care, using appropriate protective equipment, and following proper procedures for equipment operation.

7. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to repackaging activities, such as production logs, quality inspection reports, and inventory records. This helps ensure traceability and accountability throughout the process.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

• Experience/certificate with EPT and Stapelaar.
• Demonstrated experience in warehouse administration or logistics coordination is an advantage.
• Proven proficiency in organizational and time management skills.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
• Adaptability and proficiency in thriving within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with ASML's products and operations is a valuable asset.
• Mandatory flexibility to work on weekends.
• Willingness to undergo training for Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT) and Stackers.
• Physical Stamina: The Repacker role involves standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying items, and performing repetitive tasks. Physical stamina and the ability to handle the physical demands of the job are important.
