Wat ga je doen?


The company you'll be working for produces high-quality bags for musical instruments, speakers, and accessories. They are currently expanding and looking for someone with experience in making wall panels or someone eager to learn. If you enjoy working in the music industry, this could be the perfect fit for you!

In this role, you will be making bags for musical instruments by stitching the components together using a large industrial sewing machine. In addition to music bags, the company also creates wall coverings think of the beautiful green walls (with integrated plants) that you see in various public and private spaces. To make these, you’ll be filling large covers with mineral wool (stone wool), which can be quite heavy work.

When working with mineral wool, you’ll wear protective gloves, arm guards, and a face mask. The workspace is well-ventilated to ensure any dust is safely extracted.

This is a part-time position, ranging from a minimum of 24 to a maximum of 32 hours per week. The days are flexible and can be arranged in consultation. Work is during the daytime.
The role is highly flexible and ideal for students, parents with school-age children, or anyone looking for a meaningful part-time job. For example, if you want to work 24 hours one week and 32 hours the next when it's busier, that's entirely possible.

Wie ben je?

  • You have a good command of the English language;
  • You have an affinity for craftsmanship and making wall panels, or you're interested in learning this trade;
  • You are physically capable of performing heavier tasks;
  • You work carefully and with attention to detail when carrying out tasks.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • A flexible job with the option to set your own working hours, between 24 and 32 hours per week;
  • A good hourly wage between €14.50 and €16 gross per hour;
  • A friendly and informal work environment with great colleagues who enjoy a chat and shared lunches;
  • Proper protection while working, including a face mask, gloves, and arm guards.
