Wat ga je doen?

Are you an experienced operator looking for a new challenge in technology? Are you seeking a long-term position with plenty of variety? Then read on.

As an Procesoperator at our client’s facility, you will be working in two different departments: the Heat Treatment (HT) department and the Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) department. You’ll be working in a 2-shift system, with working hours from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 14:30 to 23:45.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Operating HT and HIP equipment or ovens.
  • Ensuring correct loading and fill levels of production equipment.
  • Monitoring and inspecting the processes (before, during, and after) as well as the installations.
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and working methods.
  • Performing light first-line maintenance, repair tasks, and cleaning (5S).
  • Filling out the correct (inspection) forms related to production.
  • Reporting deviations, malfunctions, irregularities, and quality issues.
  • Providing support to other (heat treatment) processes when necessary.
  • Ensuring proper administrative processing of completed tasks.

Our client is one of the most advanced heat treatment companies in Europe. The company employs approximately 65 people and specializes in performing heat and surface treatments on metal components. These treatments are used to give the material the desired properties or to join various parts using special brazing processes.

Location:

The company is located in Eindhoven and is easily accessible from Eindhoven, Son en Breugel, Best, Oirschot, Boxtel, Veldhoven, Helmond, Tilburg, and Den Bosch.

Wie ben je?

  • Secondary vocational education (MBO) level of thinking and working (VAPRO C / Process Operator C or equivalent).
  • Fulltime availability.
  • Extensive work experience as a (process) operator in a production environment.
  • Additional training in the field of heat and/or surface treatments is a plus.
  • A forklift certificate is an advantage.
  • Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
  • Basic knowledge of German and English.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • A salary between €3,300 and €3,900 per month (excluding shift allowance), depending on knowledge and experience.
  • A shift allowance of 17.19%.
  • A performance-based profit bonus.
  • 8.33% holiday allowance, paid annually in June.
  • 25 vacation days based on a full-time (40-hour) workweek.
  • You will start working via Olympia on a temporary Phase A contract. If you perform well, there is a possibility of a contract with our client.
  • After 8 weeks of work, you will start building up a pension. If you are already building up a pension through another employment agency, we will ensure continuity.
