Repacker at Samsung

Wat ga je doen?

For the warehouse of Samsung in Breda, we are looking for a Repacker. As Repacker you will be responsible for correctly repacking damaged goods. Furthermore you will support in the registration of damaged and returned goods, followed by the correct inspection.

Samsung SDS  is a leading logistics company providing warehouse services for Samsung Electronics, including products as TVs, washing machines, and refrigerators. The company is growing rapidly and offers employees ample opportunities to grow with it. As a warehouse employee you will work in a modern warehouse (for now in Breda, in a few months the company will be moving to Tilburg), with an on-site Inhouse office available for support and inquiries.

At this time, the warehouse is situated in Breda, but in a few months the operation will move to Tilburg. The new location will be  easily accessible from Oosterhout, Waalwijk. Dongen, 's Hertogenbosch, Goirle

Working Hours: Full-time, between 7.30 and 16.00

About the job:

You report to the Blocked Stock Specialist and together you will set the daily priorities. With your team you sort out the damaged goods, inspect them and repack or downgrade them following the standard procedures and quality guidelines. Also make sure that the returned items are registered in the system.

Key activities are:

• Sorting/inspecting inbound, warehouse and return damages
• Repacking items when packaging is damaged
• Downgrading or create a scrap report for the damaged products

Returns Handling:

• Registration of returned items
• Booking of returns in WMS
• Preparing return shipments for redelivery

Rework and quality inspection:

• Assisting in the execution of rework activities based on cutomer requirements

Wie ben je?

Who we are looking for:

• Warehouse Operations experience
• Team player
• Able to communicate properly in English
• MS Office Skills
• Relevant experience with Warehouse Management Systems
• Available full time in day shift
• You need have your own accommodation and transport! 
• You are willing to move with the company to Tilburg
• You are looking for a job for a longer period of time.
• Possession of a reach truck certificate (not mandatory)
