Join this international company as a Technical Support Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role behind the scenes, empowering marketers and retailers to effectively communicate through a network of digital displays. You'll be involved in thrilling projects, such as developing interactive maps to track the journeys of Fortuna Sittard soccer players.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues via phone, email, and ServiceNow.
- Accurately document client issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Use internal tools to configure software settings, assist with hardware installations, and provision new devices.
- Ensure timely resolution or escalation of tickets as needed.
- Analyse technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Support additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Wie ben je?
(Who you are)
- You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service by phone.
- You have strong communicative and problem-solving skills.
- You're good with registering your escalations, and writing an knowledge item for the team is also not a problem.
- Technical support experience is a big plus.
- You speak and write English and French fluently.
- You need to be flexible Monday to friday from 07.00 - 19.00, no 9 to 5 mentality.
- You're open to starting 1 June, or 1 July max.
Technical affinity is a plus, but your customer-focused attitude and problem-solving skills are even more important.
