Flexible Part-Time Logistics Employee

We are looking for multiple motivated, part-time logistic warehouse employees to join our new flexpool for our client, DHL Supply Chain in Weert 1b!

As a flexpool employee, you'll take on a range of essential tasks to support the allround logistic process, contributing to the efficient flow of the warehouse. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, diligent, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

The working hours are negotiable to suit you. You’ll work a minimum of two scheduled 8-hour days per week, with one or two additional "reserve" days. On reserve days, you may be called in by 10:00 to cover unexpected absences, increased workloads, or other needs.

Please note: This role involves various physical tasks, including lifting items up to 20 kg and using MHE equipment.

Your daily responsibilities will typically include:

• Loading and unloading goods using Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT) and other machinery as needed (training provided)
• Lifting and carrying items up to 20 kg
• Picking orders with hand-held scanners
• Using software like SAP, Excel, and Outlook for inventory and communication tasks
• Inspecting incoming goods
• Conducting quality and damage checks

Wie ben je?

We are seeking candidates who offer:

Experience in a logistics setting (preferred but not essential)

MHE certification (a plus, but not required)

Reliable transportation (car or bike) to support shift schedules

Strong physical fitness

Flexibility and a proactive mindset

Capability to work independently and collaboratively

Good command of spoken and written English

What Can You Expect from Us?

Hourly wage: €14.26

New! Option for an “all-in” rate of €15.45 (including vakantiegeld)

Shift bonuses: +30% for hours after 18:00 / +50% on Saturdays / +100% on Sundays (when applicable)
