Description

As a Technical Operator at Prodrive Technologies, you are an essential link in our production chain. Your primary responsibility is to operate (part of) an assigned production line or workstation. You ensure a smooth production flow by setting up equipment, monitoring machine performance, and quickly responding to any malfunctions. Depending on your skills, you may also perform soldering, manual assembly, and product testing.

Key responsibilities:

• Manufacturing: Operate machines and keep production lines running smoothly and efficiently
• Machine setup & preparation: Set up and clean machines or workstations and gather components for production orders
• Soldering: Apply soldering techniques for rework or assembly (if required)
• Electronics assembling: Perform precise manual assembly of electronic components (if required)
• Product testing: Execute functional testing to ensure product performance
• Visual and manual inspection: Verify product quality through visual checks and manual inspections

Who are you?

• Technical background and/or previous experience as a machine operator is required
• Strong interest in working with advanced automated machinery
• Proactive, accurate, and quality-driven
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a diverse team
• Able to communicate in English
• Willing to work in a two-shift schedule: Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:15 & Afternoon shift: 14:15 – 23:00 (Fridays until 20:30)
