Are You Bavaria’s New Forklift Hero?

We’re looking for motivated forklift drivers to strengthen our logistics team at Bavaria! In this full-time role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our logistics operations running smoothly.

Your Role in the Warehouse

As a forklift driver, you are essential in our warehouse operations. Once production is completed, it’s your job to carefully and efficiently move pallets of our beverages to the right locations. You'll also assist with export tasks, ensuring our products are delivered safely and on time to customers worldwide.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?


  • Precision with Pallets
Using an onboard computer, you’ll know exactly where each pallet needs to go.


  • Preparing for Export
You’ll make sure products are ready for shipment to our international clients.


  • Teamwork & Safety
You’ll work closely with colleagues and always ensure a safe working environment.

Working Hours & Flexibility

At Bavaria, we offer both day shifts and a 3-shift system. We ask for flexibility to work in both:

Day Shifts:

  • Shift 1: 08:00 – 16:30

  • Shift 2: 09:30 – 18:00
3-Shift System:

  • Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00

  • Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00

  • Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00 (always in 4-night blocks to help maintain a steady rhythm)
With this variety, your workweek remains both dynamic and well-structured.


  • Varied Tasks
You’ll get to know various areas of the warehouse, with the order pool as your main base.

Based in Lieshout, close to Eindhoven, Helmond, Uden and Veghel we are part of the Royal Swinkels family. Wie ben je?

  • You have a valid forklift certificate.

  • No certificate yet, but forklift experience? No problem—you can obtain one via Olympia.

  • You speak and write in Dutch and/or English.

  • You're available to work in all five shift types. Exceptions may be possible for night shifts.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • A competitive hourly wage of €18.05, including shift and year-end bonuses.

  • 150% shift allowance for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00.

  • Holiday allowance of 10.92%.

  • Bavaria provides your workwear and safety shoes.

  • Travel allowance for distances between 10 and 50 km (one way).

  • Good performance can lead to a direct contract with Bavaria.
