Production Worker (Food Industry)

What will you do?
As a production worker in the food sector, you are an important link in the production process. You will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and pace are key. Your tasks include:
- Placing sandwiches, toppings, or cold cuts on the conveyor belt
- Replenishing and packaging products
- Checking the quality and shelf life of products
- Preparing shipments
- Performing cleaning tasks to keep the workplace tidy and hygienic
- Identifying irregularities and reporting them to the supervisor

Wie ben je?
You are flexible, reliable, and keep your commitments. In addition, you work accurately and hygienically, can work quickly, and have good hand-eye coordination.
- You have a good understanding of the Dutch or English language
- Experience in production or the food sector is a plus, but not required
- The work is physically demanding, so it is important that you are fit and have no objection to performing heavy physical labor
Wat mag je verwachten?
- A gross hourly wage of €15.61 (from age 21)
- A parttime job 32 hours a week (possibly more hours with a good performance)
- Working in a day shift from 07:15 - 17:00 or 07:45 - 17:00
- Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer if you live more than 10 km from the workplace
- Proper guidance and onboarding period
- A 3% Year-end bonus on the amount of worked hours
- First a temporary contract through Olympia. With good performance, there is a chance of a long-term position and/or a contract with the client.
