Customer Service Agent (Transport)
Wat ga je doen?
As a Customer Service Agent (Transport) at the Cisco operation within DHL, you are responsible for coordinating transport activities and maintaining strong communication with customers and carriers.

Your responsibilities:
- Communicate daily with customers about shipments, orders, and transport issues
- Coordinate with carriers to confirm schedules and delivery times
- Solve transport delays and issues quickly and efficiently
- Plan and coordinate outbound truck schedules
- Work closely with warehouse, operations, and logistics teams
- Share important updates with internal stakeholders
- Prepare shipping documents (e.g., CMR and transport paperwork)
- Ensure correct distribution of documents to carriers and teams
⏰ Working Hours
- Working hours between 06:00 – 23:00
- Occasional weekend shifts (once per quarter)
- Shift allowance of 130% after 18:00
Waar ga je werken?
You will work at the Cisco operation within DHL, located at the Technology Campus in Beringe. This is a dynamic and international environment, where you work closely with a team of around 10 colleagues to support one of the world’s leading technology companies.
Wie ben je?
- MBO+ / HBO level (or equivalent)
- Experience in a similar logistics or customer service role
- Experience within contract logistics is a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- You are flexible, independent, and driven
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
