What will you do?

As a cleaner, you will work on the grounds of the Outlet Center. You will use various machines and make sure everything stays clean and tidy.

Your tasks:

  • Cleaning streets and squares using sweepers and high-pressure cleaners
  • Emptying trash bins across the site
  • Collecting litter
  • Maintaining a neat and welcoming environment for visitors

For this role, you will be working at the Designer Outlet Center in Roermond. You will join a team of colleagues who work together to maintain a clean and pleasant environment. As a cleaning employee, you will work in a dynamic setting where there is always something to do.

For the cleaner position, we are looking for someone who enjoys staying active.

What do we ask?

  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves
  • You like to see immediate results from your work
  • You are available for at least 15 hours per week
  • You are flexible, including availability on weekends
  • Experience as a cleaning employee is a plus, but not required

Wat mag je verwachten?


You will work as a cleaner via Olympia on a temporary (agency) basis. Employment conditions follow the ABU Collective Labour Agreement (CAO).

What do you get?

  • Salary of €15.52 per hour, depending on experience
  • 50% allowance on top of your hourly wage when working weekends
  • 8.33% holiday allowance
  • 25 vacation days based on full-time employment
  • Pension accrual via StiPP
  • Travel allowance according to client policy
  • A part-time or full-time position (30 to 40 hours per week)
  • Prospect of a contract with the client
