Wat ga je doen?


As a woodworker, you will be working at a modern and stable high-tech company in Eindhoven. You will be responsible on a daily basis for dismantling and reassembling wooden transport crates for large and fragile high-tech components. You will do this based on technical drawings and fixed work instructions.

You will check the quality of the work, identify deviations, and work according to applicable safety regulations. The position is carried out in a two-shift system (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00) and offers full-time employment with the prospect of a permanent contract.

From its headquarters in Eindhoven, the company develops, produces, and manages packaging for high-quality industrial products, including fragile components from the semiconductor, electronics, aerospace, medical, and machinery sectors.

The company offers total solutions: from customer-specific development and production of packaging materials to the collection, cleaning, and repair of reusable packaging worldwide. HQ Pack is part of a group with approximately 500 employees across 7 locations in the Netherlands, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United States, enabling them to provide services 24/7.

Wie ben je?

  • Technical insight and experience with woodworking (e.g. machine or manual woodworking, assembly, or production).
  • VMBO level of working and thinking.
  • Experience in reading technical drawings.
  • Ability to work accurately with a strong focus on quality.
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00).
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Team player and living in the Eindhoven, Helmond, Veldhoven, Veghel, or Valkenswaard area.

  • Salary of approximately €17.85 gross per hour, including an 18% shift allowance.
