Production worker
Wat ga je doen?
As a production worker, you’ll be working in the department where liquid resin is packaged into bags. You’re a key part of the production process and ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely. You’ll rotate workstations every 2 hours, which keeps your day varied and helps you quickly learn different skills.
Your duties
- Working on the production line: you fill bags with liquid resin and carefully seal them.
- Packing bags into boxes and preparing them for shipment.
- Conducting quality checks before products are sent to the customer.
- Supporting colleagues by supplying materials so the production line keeps running smoothly.
- Contributing ideas for improvements: do you see something that could be done better? We’d love to hear your suggestions!
Work hours
You’ll work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

And… you’ll get paid for half of your break;)

Waar ga je werken?
You’ll be joining a friendly and dedicated team of about 32 colleagues: production workers, assistant team leaders, and a team leader. Every day, you’ll work together toward clear daily goals, which provides both structure and motivation.
During your break, a free lunch is provided: fresh rolls, cold cuts, and occasionally a treat like cake, apple turnovers, or ice cream. The atmosphere is relaxed; people chat about weekend plans, hobbies, or the latest Netflix series.
The company is located in Geldermalsen on the A15 and is easily accessible by car.
The client develops and manufactures smart solutions for connecting, sealing, and protecting underground cable networks. Thanks to their products, cables remain safe, dry, and protected against damage from moisture, dirt, or other factors. An important task, to which you, as a production worker, will contribute directly!
Wie ben je?
- You are available to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
- You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch (important for safety and work instructions).
- You work with precision, are a self-starter, and enjoy achieving results together with your colleagues.
- You are motivated to learn new skills.
