What will you do

At the start of your shift, you meet with your colleagues to discuss the planning for the day. After that, you start working in the production area or on the storage yard where concrete elements are handled. Together with your team, you make sure the process runs smoothly and safely.

  • Operating machines and equipment in the production process
  • Monitoring the production process and responding to deviations
  • Loading and unloading prefabricated concrete elements safely
  • Working with equipment such as forklifts, cranes or other lifting tools
  • Keeping the yard and production area organised together with your colleagues

You will work for our client, a production organisation within the construction and concrete manufacturing sector. The location in Koudekerk aan den Rijn is a modern production site where teamwork and safety are key. You will work closely with colleagues in production and with supporting departments such as technical services and quality control.

  • Working hours between 07:00 and 16:00
  • In the future a 3-shift schedule
  • Shift allowance depending on the shift schedule
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre
  • 3.5% year-end bonus
  • 8% holiday allowance
  • 25 vacation days
  • 12 ADV days
  • Opportunity to obtain a lifting certificate and/or forklift certificate
  • Prospect of a permanent contract
