Process Engineer

Wie ben je?

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field (preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Physics, or Industrial Engineering)
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong data analysis skills (SPC, DOE, KPI monitoring)
• Knowledge of statistical tools and MS Excel for data analysis
• Understanding of quality standards (ISO, IPC) and regulatory requirements
• Ability to create and maintain process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans)
• Preferred: knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001 and experience with APQP, PPAP
• Ability to lead change initiatives and influence colleagues
