Wat ga je doen?

Looking for a full-time job where you work with your hands and feel welcome? As a production worker at Luiten, a family-run meat processing company in Zoetermeer, you work in a friendly team and make good products together. You do not work alone. You are part of the team.  

As a production worker, you will work on the production floor preparing high-quality meat products. Your tasks: 

  • Seasoning, mixing, and vacuum-packing meat products 
  • Working with veal and pork 
  • Keeping the workplace clean and safe

No experience? No problem! We teach you everything step by step.    

Working hours: 

  • Start time between 06:00 and 09:00 AM 
  • Workdays are usually around 8 hours 
  • Because we work with fresh products, flexibility is important

Wat mag je verwachten?

With this full-time job as a production worker, you get: 

  • A starting salary of €14.87 gross per hour, with more if you have experience 
  • 25% extra pay for overtime 
  • 3.25% year-end bonus 
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10 km) 
  • 10.38% holiday hours and 8.33% holiday pay 
  • Pension build-up from your first working day 
  • Possibility of a direct contract with Luiten
