Wat ga je doen?

Are you someone who enjoys working shifts and appreciates variety? We're looking for a part-time order picker for our warehouse in Ede to work both morning and evening shifts. You'll alternate these shifts each week. In this role, you'll ensure all orders are correct, complete, and ready for shipment on time.

What will you be doing? 
As an order picker, you'll start by picking orders in the warehouse. Using a scanner and headset, you'll collect the correct products and carefully monitor quantities and items. Once all products are complete, you'll ensure careful and secure packaging. You'll select the correct packaging material, label each order correctly, and check everything one last time before shipping. 

You'll work two shifts:
A morning shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and an evening shift from 4:00 PM to midnight. These shifts rotate weekly. So, one week you'll work the early shift and the next week the late shift.

You'll be working at AS Watson, known for brands like Kruidvat and Trekpleister. The distribution center in Ede is the beating heart of online order fulfillment in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France.

The warehouse is easily accessible from Arnhem, Veenendaal, Amersfoort, Tiel and Wageningen, both by car and public transport. If you're traveling by car, you can count on free parking right on site. The location is also right next to the A30 motorway, making for a quick and easy commute. Traveling by public transport? That's no problem either: the warehouse is located a short distance from bus stops and Ede-Wageningen station, making it easy to get there.

Wie ben je?

• Experience as an order picker is a plus, but not required.
• You are a team player and speak Dutch or English.
• You are physically able to perform active work.
• You are flexible, including at least one Saturday every four weeks.
• You are available on Mondays, Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays, two of these days are mandatory.

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Gross hourly wage of €15.81 (incl. ADV) from 21 years of age
• Shift allowance of 25% to 50% on top of your basic salary
• Chance of a permanent contract if you perform well
• Travel allowance from 10 km one way
• Pension accrual from day one
