Are you Bavaria's new forklift hero?

At Bavaria, we are looking for motivated forklift drivers to join our logistics team! In this full-time role, you will play an indispensable part in keeping our logistics processes running smoothly. Does helping to build one of the world's most iconic beer brands sound like something for you?

What will you be doing? As a forklift driver, you will be in charge of pallets full of delicious beverages in our warehouse. Once production is complete, you will spring into action and ensure that everything ends up in exactly the right place. But that's not all! You will also assist with export tasks and ensure that our products find their way to the world safely and efficiently.

A glimpse into your working day:

• Moving pallets with precision: With the help of an on-board computer, you know exactly which pallets need to go where.
• Preparing for export: 
• You ensure that everything is neatly prepared for transport.
• Teamwork and safety: You work closely with colleagues and always keep an eye on workplace safety.
• Varied tasks: You will get to know different parts of the warehouse, while the order pool remains your permanent base.

Flexible day shifts At Bavaria, we work with two types of day shifts, and we ask you to be available for both:

• Day shift 1: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• Day shift 2: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

We carefully plan your schedule to ensure that your working week remains both varied and organized. With your flexibility and dedication, you will ensure that our logistics processes always run smoothly.

You will be working at Swinkels Family Brewers, a brewery with a rich history! Bavaria, a friendly family business in Lieshout, has been around for more than 300 years and is known for brewing delicious beers. Thanks to its location in Lieshout, the company is easily accessible from places such as Veghel, Eindhoven, Uden, and Helmond. Collegiality is highly valued within this family business, which is why drinks are organized in the canteen every Friday afternoon.

Wie ben je?

• You have a forklift certificate;
• You have a good command of Dutch or English;
• You are available in the shifts.

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Salary of €18.51 gross per hour, including ADV allowance and end-of-year bonus;
• Shift allowance of 150% for hours between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m;
• Excellent pension scheme through STIPP;
• Vacation pay (8.33%) and vacation day accrual (10.92%);
• Travel allowance from 10 km one way (€0.19 per km) up to a maximum of 50 km;
• Work clothing and work shoes are provided by Bavaria;
• Opportunity for a permanent contract based on good performance;

• Social staff drinks every Wednesday and Friday afternoon.
