As an order picker/warehouse employee, you’ll be responsible for collecting orders using a voice-picking system, which can be set in multiple languages, including Dutch, English, and Polish. Together with your team, you’ll make sure all orders are ready on time for stores in the Netherlands and Belgium.

You’ll use your organizational skills to efficiently load products onto pallets. These pallets can include items like toothpaste, shampoo, cleaning supplies, toys, and clothing. Since no two pallets are the same, every day brings new challenges.

At AS Watson, you’ll work in a two-shift schedule and receive attractive bonuses of up to 150% per hour for late shifts. Plus, you’ll be part of a friendly team where collaboration is key.

Waar ga je werken?

After six months, you’ll have the chance to secure a permanent contract with Kruidvat and grow into other warehouse roles, such as EPT or reach truck operator. You can obtain the required certificates for free through Olympia. There are also opportunities to improve your Dutch or English language skills.

A.S. Watson, the parent company of Kruidvat, is the market leader in health & beauty and strongly invests in employee development. This year alone, 35 temporary workers have already been hired permanently! You’ll work in an international team where English is the main language. The location is easily accessible from Breda, Tilburg, and Waalwijk.

You’ll start through Olympia, who are present on-site every day to assist you with scheduling, salary, and leave requests.

Wie ben je?

• You work accurately and take responsibility
• Willing to work in two shifts (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00)
• Flexible availability, part-time options possible
• Minimum availability on Mondays and Tuesdays, plus two Saturday mornings per month
• Own transportation required, as the location is not easily accessible by public transport

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Hourly wage from age 21: €15.51, plus an ADV allowance of €1.08 per hour (up to a maximum of 35 hours)
• Shift allowances:
  • 125% after 20:00
  • 130% on Saturdays until 18:00
  • 150% after 18:00
• Public holidays paid at 200%
• Vacation pay and accrued leave hours for a well-deserved break
• Travel allowance from 10 km (€0.19 per km)
