Reach Truck Driver – Dayshift

Wat ga je doen?

Are you an experienced reach truck driver looking for day work? We are hiring for a large cold storage warehouse. You’ll work in a freezing environment, but with warm thermal clothing and a heated reach truck, you’ll stay comfortable—even at temperatures as low as -22 °C.

What will you do?

You’ll help keep the warehouse running smoothly. Your tasks include:

• Driving a heated reach truck to move and store goods.
• Picking orders and placing them in the right location.
• Noticing and reporting stock differences.
• Following safety rules and guidelines.
• Working closely with your teammates and supervisors.

Working Hours & Salary

• Night shifts only, Monday through Friday
• Working hours: 13.00 - 22.00
• Gross hourly wage: €15.00 (including cold compensation)
• Night bonus: €17.84 per hour between 00:00 and 06:00 (includes 20% night shift allowance)

You’ll work at a wholesale company in Maastricht. They deliver fresh and frozen food daily to restaurants, hotels, and other hospitality businesses. Quality and customer service are top priorities here.

Wie ben je?

• Experience as a reach truck driver with a valid certificate
• Good English communication skills
• You are independent, accurate, and trustworthy

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Work 40 hours per week
• Travel allowance from 10 km (0.21 cents per km, up to 60 km per day)
• 25 vacation days (based on 40 hours), 8.33% holiday allowance, and pension from day one
