As a Stock Control Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your tasks will include conducting regular stock counts, reconciling records, resolving discrepancies, and optimizing warehouse space. Additionally, you'll collaborate with various teams to efficiently manage stock levels and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

Serving major clients not only in Weert but also in nearby areas such as Peel en Maas Valkenswaard, Geldrop, and Echt-Susteren, our work goes beyond routine tasks – it's about making a meaningful impact in a positive atmosphere. 
In a team of 10 to 15 individuals, you'll find camaraderie and support as we work together towards excellence. 
English is the spoken language on our lively work floor, fostering inclusivity and effective communication.

Wie ben je?


Are you someone who enjoys helping others and uncovering the underlying needs behind their requests?

Key Requirements:
Previous experience in stock control or a similar role.
Proficiency in using inventory management software or systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Ability to work effectively in a team environment:
   - As part of a small team of 10 to 15 individuals, collaboration is key to ensuring smooth operations.
2. Flexibility and adaptability:
   - Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring the ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
3. Customer-oriented mindset:
   - While the primary focus is on stock control, interacting with clients and addressing their needs may be necessary, so a customer-centric approach is beneficial.

Wat mag je verwachten?


In addition to a Fulltime position of 40 hours per week for an extended period, here's what you can look forward to:

- Competitive salary of €13,47 gross per hour

  • Accumulation of 10% Vakantie- / verlofdagen and 8% Vakantiegeld
  • Reiskostenvergoeding up to €9,30 per day, dependent on your residential location
