You are working in the head quarter of ASML in Veldhoven.

Wie ben je?

As Medior Management Assistant you will assist ASML and MSO both internally and externally. You will assist the managers in a administrative and organized way, applying proactivity, initiative, discretion and confidentially. Your communication skills are excellent and you are capable to tackle issues with the required action.

we are searching a ready to start, steady and calm management assistant for the Financial department. we are looking for someone who remains calm during busy times and can oversee the work.

Skills:

  • Pro-active and independent agenda and email management;
  • A relevant completed MBO 4 education or HBO studies as a management assistant or office manager;
  • Meeting preparation and participation;
  • Stakeholder management;
  • Facility services, e.g. floor management;
  • Travel and expense arrangements;
  • Projects, events and year planning;
  • Pro-actively share information and provide feedback to others;
  • 40 hours (32 negotiable);
  • Dayshift;
  • Professional knowledge of the English languages;
  • Dutch would be nice.
