Wat ga je doen?


At DHL we are looking for an administrative assistant where you play a crucial role in the operation. Your task is to ensure accurate and timely processing of all incoming and outgoing data related to shipments to and from the Netherlands. You will be in contact with national and international drivers and handle the received information. The export and import documents is your priority to be correctly delivered to the correct departments to prevent any delays in the shipment.

Working at our sorting centra in Zaltbommel can be hectic at times, but for you that is no problem. You have no trouble working under time constraints to complete your administrative tasks. And when busier periods are around the corner, you don't mind assisting your colleagues on the floor.

You are also looking for a full time position in three shifts, which consist of:
07.00AM - 03.30PM
03.00PM - 11.30PM
11.00PM - 07.30AM

Every week you shift you have a different shift but DHL could also ask for some flexibility in starting times.

With us you can work fulltime from Sunday to Friday. The working hours are between 07:00 - 15:30 morning shift 15:30 - 23:30 evening shift and 23:30 - 07:30 night shift with a starting salary of €13.68 gross excl. allowance from 18:00.

DHL Zaltbommel is the largest HUB for the Benelux in the Netherlands. We can process 40,000 parcels per hour, so everyone receives their ordered products on time. We work 27/4 in this warehouse.

Wie ben je?

As an administative assistant you are:

  • Intermediate vocational level;
  • Interest in logistics;
  • Dutch or English speaking;
  • Available to work on the weekends:
  • You have your own accommodation and transport.

Wat mag je verwachten?

    • 25% allowance for the hours between 20:00 and 00:00
    • 50% surcharge for hours between 00:00 and 06:00
    • 200% surcharge for hours worked on Sundays and public holidays
