You are working in the head quarter of ASML in Veldhoven. 

Wie ben je?

As Senior Management Assistant you will assist ASML and MSO both internally and externally. You will assist the managers in a administrative and organized way, applying proactivity, initiative, discretion and confidentially. Your communication skills are excellent and you are capable to tackle issues with the required action.

Skills:

  • Pro-active and independent agenda and email management;
  • Meeting preparation and participation;
  • Facility services, e.g. floor management;
  • Travel and expense arrangements;
  • Projects, events and year planning;
  • Pro-actively share information and provide feedback to others;
  • 40 hours (32 negotiable);
  • Dayshift;
  • English speaking;
  • Dutch would be nice;
