All-round Construction Worker
Wat ga je doen?
As an All-round Construction Worker, you will work on creating, maintaining and improving customised constructions for floating sand factories and ships. You will build constructions such as conveyor belts, complete pontoons (caskets) and other technical components. This is not serial work, but unique, one-off customised projects that are built entirely for our own use.
You will work both in the workshop and on location. In the workshop, you will manufacture and assemble structures; on the jetty next to the shed, you will carry out assembly and repair work on board ships.
In your role as an All-round Construction Worker, you will carry out welding, assembly and maintenance work on ships, sand dredgers, pontoons and mining equipment. You will work independently on projects, but always within a close-knit team where knowledge is shared. The variety between indoor and outdoor work, workshop and location, means that no two days are the same.
In addition, you will actively contribute ideas for improvements to machines and equipment, with the aim of working in a more sustainable, quieter and more efficient manner. This makes you an indispensable link in the team.
As an All-round Construction Worker, you will work exclusively on our own equipment and installations. You will be responsible for building, maintaining and improving items such as:
- SievesPumps
- Support structures
- Work pontoons (floating platforms)
This equipment is used in our own sand extraction and maritime installations. You will be working on robust, technical structures that really make a difference in practice. No standard solutions, but customised work that continues to evolve.

You will be working for an innovative organisation in the maritime and industrial sector with its own workshop in the Winssen region. The organisation builds and maintains its installations entirely under its own management and does not work for third parties. Craftsmanship, quality and independence are central here.
You will be part of a small and close-knit team of about seven colleagues, consisting of both experienced professionals and younger employees. There is an informal and collegial atmosphere, in which knowledge is transferred and everyone helps each other. The canteen is located right next to the workshop; you bring your own lunch and coffee, tea, lemonade and fruit are provided. Occasionally, we finish the day with a drink together.
The workplace is easily accessible from villages around Tiel and is located next to the A15 highway.
