Wat ga je doen?


Are you ready for a unique logistical challenge? As a Logistics Employee / Logistiek Medewerker / Productiemedewerker / Logistiek Medewerker Planten  in our orchid nursery, you'll be responsible for various production tasks. From potting to cleaning, your work ensures our beautiful orchids receive the best possible care. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team and contribute to efficient production.

A typical workday begins at 6:00 AM and lasts until approximately 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, depending on the workload. You'll be scheduled to work four days a week, with the possibility of overtime on a fifth day or Saturday. Your flexibility and dedication are essential to achieving our production targets.

Our nursery, located in the heart of Westland, is known for cultivating high-quality Phalaenopsis orchids. We strive for sustainability and innovation by using automated systems that ensure consistent quality. Our team is passionate about creating a sustainable and organic growing environment where both plants and employees can thrive. Wie ben je?

  • Structure and responsibility within orchid cultivation
  • Team work 
  • Some experience in production or logistics
  • Flexible working hours

  • Basic knowledge of English

Wat mag je verwachten?


  • Salary between €14.40 and €16 per hour (Onregelmatigheidstoeslag / Overwerktoeslag )
